Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product you received is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please check all product details, sizing information and order information carefully before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and let you know whether a replacement, refund or other solution is available.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.
