All products are made on demand. This means that your order is produced individually after it has been placed. Please allow additional time for production before your order is shipped.

Because each item is produced individually, processing and production times may vary depending on the product, order volume and production workload.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Your order will be shipped once production has been completed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination and selected shipping method. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect delivery addresses, weather conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
